Durante mi tratamiento tuve que irme fuera de España y pude seguir sin ningun inconveniente, ya que te brindan todo tipo de ayuda y soluciones. Estoy muy contento con Janer y su equipo, que siempre te reciben con una sonrisa. 100% recomendable!!!Unknown Unknown12:26 05 May 19Unfortunately I don’t share the same experience as all the 5* ratings.It was my third time getting orthodontic treatment so it was purely for aesthetic reason as I wanted to smile and see that my front teeth were perfectly aligned (visually) at least. I explained exactly what I wanted in the consultation and of course all was agreed and was achievable.As the treatment went on I noticed my front teeth both upper and lower still have a slight overlap and rotation! (Main reason for getting orthodontic treatment).In each appointment I insisted that they are not in the best alignment but unfortunately felt like I was being a (difficult patient) for wanting what I had asked for and am paying for.I was told by the orthodontist that it would be pointless and that he cant move the 2 teeth in question accurately so it’s better to leave it and take braces off!!!! Though he did say if I want he will do it at that’s point I had lost all hope.When the clinician is telling you at the end of your treatment that it’s unlikely that we can achieve exactly what I’m asking for you can only imagine my disappointment. :(My braces have been taken off and everyday I smile and see there is still an over lap right at the front. I’m not living in Spain so for the last two years I was coming there by plane and now I can say that it was worth it! They were always putting my appointments due to my opportunities. The price were fixed at the very beginning and they never tried to add something more. Dr. Janer was always there and answering all my questions, all doctors worked very professionally and finally I have an amazing result!
